Matthew Rasmussen

Matthew, from Antigo, has always had a passion for dancing. He started dancing in 2007 and the passion has grown from there. Matthew has been dancing with Get Out & Dance since 2011 and brings charisma, energy, and fun to the dance floor with all his students. Matthew enjoys both the social and competitive aspects of ballroom dancing, in all styles of ballroom. Some of his other interests include: hiking and spending time with his friends and family.

Kayla Daigle

Kayla, from Weston, WI, has been dancing since age 3. Involved in ballet, jazz, hip-hop and lyrical, Kayla developed a strong dance foundation through high school. She began dancing ballroom while attending UW-La Crosse where she obtained her business degree. She continued her dancing as a professional at Get Out & Dance after graduation and dances American smooth and American rhythm.
She enjoys the continued challenge of perpetual learning available in ballroom dancing and strives to provide a fun learning environment while encouraging her student’s success. In her free time, Kayla enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with family.

Heather Wudstrack

Heather is a DC Everest graduate and has been an instructor with Get Out & Dance since 2009. She enjoys teaching both social and competitive students and is passionate about her dancing. She loves the creative and challenging aspects to dancing and loves sharing her passion for dancing with her students. She has competed professionally in American smooth and rhythm styles and with her students in American smooth, rhythm and standard styles. When not at work, Heather enjoys outdoor sports, good books and spending time with her husband, Lee.

Tom Neterval

Tom has been teaching ballroom dance since 1989, beginning with Fred Astaire Dance Studios in Mequon and Brookfield and continuing in the Wausau area since 1997. He teaches both competitive and social dancing in all four styles. He is the Dance Director at Get Out & Dance and has received multiple national teaching awards including 2001 National Freddy Award, 1999 FADS Top specialist Award, Top Teacher Awards: WI State Dancesport Championships, Twin Cities Open, Snowball, Chicago Can-Am, and FADS Nationals multiple times. He has also created multiple award winning amateur students over the past 20 years. In his spare time he enjoys football, baseball, and spending time with his four children.
